Thank you for showing interest in Mountview Primary School. Please fill out our Enrolment form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note the following Documents are required when submitting the Application:

  1. Photo of Child
  2. Proof of residential address
  3. Copy of Both Parents ID documents
  4. Copy of your child’s birth certificate/ID
  5. Copy of your child’s immunisation record
  6. Submit 3x months payslips and 3x months bank statements for both parents

Fridays:
All classes end at 1:00pm
Aftercare until 5pm
R50 penalty after 5:15 pm
Earlybird Dropoff:
From 7:00 am
